I will be sharing one tip each week that will bring a big twinkle in your grooms eye!
Tip #1
Start doing CARDIO! Work up to doing 5-6 days a week.
Aim for 20 minutes and maintain this for 3 weeks.
The next 3 weeks up it to just 25 minutes.
Then top it out at 30 minutes.
If on a Treadmill, set your incline to 2%.
Cardio can include running, walking, classes, swimming, cycling and even dancing.
